These terms apply when you request an electronics repair from Queen City Cell. By asking us to repair your device, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
Queen City Cell offers hardware-only electronics repair — including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, back glass, board-level and microsoldering work — for phones, tablets, laptops, key fobs and other electronics. We do not perform data recovery or software repair. A repair is performed only after you approve an estimate.
2. Quotes & payment
A quote is provided before work begins. Prices are set using AI-assisted, competitor-aware pricing and are confirmed with you before any repair takes place. Payment is due as agreed with you when the repair is completed.
3. Estimates & approvals
If the actual cost of a repair would differ from the estimate you approved, we will contact you to confirm before proceeding. We will not perform work you have not approved.
4. Liability
We take care to protect your device during repair. As with any repair, data loss is possible as a result of hardware work, so we encourage you to back up your data before service. We cannot guarantee outcomes for water-damage devices or devices with pre-existing issues; we provide an honest assessment before any work begins.
