We use the information we collect to prepare estimates, schedule pickup-and-return service, perform the repair, contact you with updates, and send invoices or warranty notices. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Data on devices
Queen City Cell performs hardware-only repairs. We do not perform data recovery and do not offer software repairs. We access a device's components and data only to the extent needed to diagnose and complete the repair, and we do not copy or share your personal content. 4. Sharing & third parties
We do not sell your information. We share personal information only as needed to complete repairs — for example, with payment processors or parts suppliers necessary to fulfill your repair — and only to the extent required for that purpose.
5. Retention & deletion
We keep records only as long as needed to provide our services, meet warranty obligations, and handle any questions or disputes. You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to request its deletion.
